The trends concerning working spaces often change since the business dynamics and the economic system is in the process of intensive change. For a company that produces and puts into practices office design & build projects, one could argue that the most important thing is to follow up on the trends. Since we know that the working spaces we have created would be used for many years, we aim to design such areas that conform not with today's trends but those of the future. Some of the most important aspects of a high-end office fit-out project are acoustic and the materials' durability. For a sustainable space, the floors should be made of durable materials for many years, and the sound insulation for the walls and ceilings must be carefully applied.
In today’s world, where hierarchies are disappearing, and the concepts of equality, diversity, open communication and personal freedom of speech are becoming prominent, the offices’ trends have become different. And we adopt these concepts while implementing our high-end office design projects. This new generation approach has been applied to our co-working office design project Kolektif House Maslak 42, which also contains Facebook Hub. The Kolektif House, a common working space at the heart of a start-up eco-system, has been put into practice by the touch of YOO Architecture. An approach has been adopted through which the users could become socialized, participating in events and training sessions while they keep a personal space.
And another design & build office project; is Başbuğ Automotive HQ, which we have shaped within the framework of similar dynamics, that we have put into practice by means of using an open office system. We have removed the hierarchical approach by designing glass office walls, which also let senior executives have a personal space. As an interesting detail, we have kept the old olive tree in the area to maintain the connection between the employees and nature.
Another memorable high-end office fit-out project was the Tekfen FNN Sustainability Center, which was put into practice by YOO Architecture in Adana. With the exhibition areas, the offices within the garden, and the semi-transparent form of the low-rise building, this project has been put into practice as a space which is out of the ordinary.
With an approach that increases the motivation and inspiration of the employees, we create projects throughout our country. Among these projects, there are different working spaces other than the common working spaces and offices. For instance, NTV Doğuş Media Studios and NTV Doğuş Radio Studios projects that we executed as a general contractor were exciting and eye-opening experiences for us.
