We have put into practice many high-end fashion stores in different locations in the field of luxury retail up until today. We have acted as a general contractor for most of these projects. Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Fendi, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, DKNY, Armani, Galeries Lafayette, Beymen… These are among the major brands we have worked with.
While working with high-end clothing stores and high-end shoe stores is one of the most important aspects for us to comply with the standards of these world’s giant brands. It is not always easy to comply with these standards in different geographies because of the different regulations of the countries. Therefore, the general contractor needs to assume most of the responsibilities. In order to maintain the same standard in different locations, it is important to get a good command of the rules applied therein and be flexible at certain points by means of accurate communication. The number of luxury retail projects we undertake in Turkey and different countries will increase. Precisely because of that, we are in New York, London and Dubai after the headquarters in Istanbul.
For luxury retail, starting with an approach in which the products and the user experience are considered at the centre is important. A previous design of the hanger heights and how the shopping experience in the store would be created in what type of traffic, the placements of products considering the consumer psychology, the location of changing rooms… And many other details are vital during this process. The brand’s strategy and the emotion it wants to create for consumers also constitute the basics of the interior design phase.
We focus on materials that allow for movement and create a preferred perception for the material selection. We believe that it is one of the key points to creating sum spacious areas, which is the essential part of luxury retail in respect of interior design.

High-end store fit-out is the area in which we are experienced the most.
